Job Description
Join our fast-paced team as an Energy Tea Sales Associate, where you'll play a key role in preparing orders, supporting takeout operations, and delivering an outstanding guest experience. In this role, you'll engage with customers, recommend products, ensure order accuracy, and help maintain efficient service during peak hours. Your positive attitude, attention to detail, and passion for wellness products will contribute to customer satisfaction, repeat business, and overall store success. Responsibilities Greet guests and assist with placing takeout and in-store orders in a friendly and efficient manner. Recommend energy teas, shakes, and specialty products based on customer preferences and wellness goals. Prepare and package orders accurately while maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards. Ensure all takeout orders are complete, accurate, and delivered promptly to guests. Handle customer questions, order modifications, and concerns professionally to create a positive experience. Support daily operations, including stocking supplies, cleaning workstations, and maintaining an organized service area. Collect customer feedback to help improve menu offerings, promotions, and guest satisfaction. Assist with marketing initiatives, social media content, and community outreach efforts to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Promote loyalty programs, specials, and seasonal offerings to encourage repeat visits and increase sales. Skills Experience in food service, quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or customer-facing sales roles preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset. Comfortable handling multiple orders and tasks simultaneously during busy periods. Basic social media and marketing knowledge is a plus. Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated to provide exceptional guest experiences.
