About Sangalo Sangalo is a soccer brand that partners with exciting teams from around the world to design and produce beautiful kits that celebrate their unique identity. Our partner clubs include some of the biggest clubs from the Caribbean, Pacific and Africa, as well as very unique European clubs. The Role You run the kiosk. You pull people in, guide them through the collection, and turn interest into sales. You create energy around the space and keep it operating smoothly day to day. World Cup is coming so this is a great opportunity for hungry salespeople to earn great commissions. What You'll Do Drive sales and surpass ambitious sale targets Welcome people coming into the kiosk Walk them through the jerseys and stories behind them Create buzz and keep energy high throughout the day Organize product and manage inventory Keep the kiosk clean, stocked, and dialed in What We're Looking For Strong sales ability and confidence closing Hunger to maximize store revenue High energy and natural presence Interest in soccer and world cultures Hands-on, reliable and organized Bonus Comfortable shooting content or helping with social Compensation $16 + commission (up to 10% of daily sales) Commission structure allows for strong earnings based on performance
