Flexible Sales Opportunity - Not a Typical Job We're looking for motivated outside sales professionals to help homeowners through the roofing insurance process. This role is ideal for self-starters who want full control over their income and schedule while working a proven sales process with strong backend support. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners and conduct roof inspections Identify storm-related damage and explain coverage options Close roofing agreements Assist homeowners with filing insurance claims Guide clients through the process from inspection to install What We Provide Full training (no roofing experience required) Proven sales process and support team Strong production and install crews Unlimited earning potential Clear path to leadership for top performers What We're Looking For Confident communicator Coachable and self-motivated Comfortable working independently Reliable transportation and smartphone Sales experience preferred, not required Compensation Commission-only, uncapped Average reps: $80k-$120k Top reps: $150k-$200k+ Next Steps .
