Poppy & Peep - Nashville, Tennessee Position Summary The Sales Representative is responsible for building relationships, increasing sales, supporting customer outreach, and helping grow the business. This role focuses on connecting with potential clients, following up on leads, supporting gifting and corporate orders, and bringing in new business opportunities. Responsibilities Reach out to potential customers, businesses, and partners Follow up on leads, inquiries, and past customers Assist with corporate gifting, wholesale, and event opportunities Build and maintain customer relationships Track sales opportunities and follow-up needs Communicate with customers through email, phone, and in person Support marketing and promotional efforts when needed Assist with quotes, invoices, and order follow-up Identify opportunities to increase sales and repeat business Stay informed on products, promotions, and seasonal offerings Support retail operations as needed Use AI tools and technology to support sales, organization, and outreach efforts Requirements Strong communication and people skills Comfortable with sales, customer service, and follow-up Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once Confident with email, phone calls, and customer outreach Positive attitude and professional presentation Strong attention to detail Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, motivated, and comfortable talking with people. They enjoy relationship building, are confident following up with customers, and are excited about helping grow the business. Schedule Flexible schedule Part-time, depending on business needs Some evening or weekend work may be required for events or customer needs Growth Opportunities This role may grow into additional responsibilities including: Corporate gifting management Wholesale account management Event partnerships Customer relationship management Leadership and business development responsibilities

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
