Job Description

Job Summary Base Salary + Uncapped Commission ($70,000-$150,000+ per year) Are you someone who enjoys meeting new people, solving problems, and helping homeowners improve their homes? The Fifth Fuel is an established insulation and home energy company serving Virginia, Washington, DC, and Maryland. For the past 13 years, we've helped homeowners improve their comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor environments through high-quality insulation and home performance solutions. We're looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. No insulation experience? No problem. We provide paid training, company-generated leads, and all the tools you need to succeed. If you're motivated, organized, customer-focused, and eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners using company-provided leads (no cold calling) Perform home inspections and assessments Educate customers on insulation and energy-saving solutions Manage the sales process from consultation through signed agreement Maintain accurate CRM records and customer follow-up Work closely with office and production teams to ensure an excellent customer experience Qualifications Customer-focused with strong communication skills Organized, conscientious, and detail-oriented Comfortable inspecting attics and crawl spaces Sales and/or construction experience is a plus, but not required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check We will train the right candidate. Pay:
$70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
