Air Evac Lifeteam seeks a Membership Sales Manager to grow our air medical membership base in Parker, AZ. In this field-focused role, you will prospect, present, and close memberships with individuals, families, and employer groups, educating them on the value of rapid air medical transport in rural and underserved areas. You'll build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, first responders, and community partners while representing a mission-first, patient-centered, safety-focused organization. This position offers a base salary plus commission, benefits, structured training, and clear paths for advancement across a large, stable air medical network. Responsibilities Drive membership sales for air medical transport services in the Parker market Build, manage, and grow a local membership pipeline through outreach, presentations, and events Develop relationships with hospitals, clinics, first responders, employers, and community partners Educate prospective members on Air Evac Lifeteam services, benefits, and enrollment options Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales and membership growth targets Track leads, activities, and results in CRM and provide regular performance reports Collaborate with operations and clinical teams to align outreach with community needs Represent Air Evac Lifeteam at community events, health fairs, and employer meetings Maintain strong product knowledge, industry awareness, and compliance with regulations Uphold Air Evac Lifeteam's safety-first, patient-centered culture in all interactions Required Skills B2 C sales Account management Lead generation and prospecting Public speaking and presentations CRM software proficiency Territory management Contract negotiation Healthcare or insurance industry knowledge Data-driven sales reporting Community outreach and event management
