Position Summary We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional who is confident on the phone, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a goal-oriented environment. This role is responsible for developing new business, growing existing customer relationships, and promoting USOC Medical's repair services and replacement components. Success in this position requires consistent prospecting, excellent follow-up, and strong communication skills. Representatives are expected to make a minimum of 40 outbound calls per day, actively manage their sales pipeline, and meet monthly sales goals. Key Responsibilities Develop new business through outbound prospecting, cold calling, referrals, networking, and follow-up. Make a minimum of 40 outbound sales calls per day. Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospitals, surgery centers, biomedical departments, and healthcare professionals. Promote USOC Medical's repair services and replacement components through consultative selling. Prepare quotes, proposals, pricing agreements, and contracts. Negotiate pricing while delivering value-driven solutions for customers. Maintain an organized sales pipeline and document customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service to ensure excellent customer experience. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations. Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings. Participate in trade shows, customer visits, and sales meetings as needed. Follow ISO 9001 and company quality system requirements. Perform additional duties as assigned. What Makes Someone Successful in This Role Enjoys talking with people and building lasting business relationships. Comfortable making 40+ outbound calls each day. Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to exceed goals. Handles rejection professionally and remains persistent. Organized with excellent follow-up and time-management skills. Motivated by performance-based compensation and uncapped earning potential. Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent experience required. Minimum of 5 years of sales and/or customer service experience. Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience preferred. Medical device or healthcare sales experience is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Intermediate Microsoft Excel and computer proficiency. Experience with CRM software preferred. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Proficient English communication skills required. Compensation $24.00/hour during the 90-day paid training period. Upon successful completion of training, compensation transitions to $16.90/hour base pay plus uncapped commission. Performance-based commission structure with significant earning potential for successful sales professionals. Working ConditionsPhysical Requirements Primarily office environment with occasional warehouse access. Frequent computer work and telephone communication. Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday. Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. Occasional travel to customer locations and industry events. Must follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
