Job Overview Provide in-surgery case coverage and technical support for joint reconstruction procedures Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital administrators Educate healthcare providers on product features, surgical techniques, and instrumentation Manage consignment inventory, loaner sets, and product logistics for scheduled cases Support territory sales goals through account planning and market development Stay current on clinical literature, competitive landscape, and industry trends Collaborate with the Golden State Orthopedics team to execute territory strategy What You'll Need Bachelor's degree required 1-3+ years of sales, clinical, or related healthcare experience preferred (medical device experience a plus) Comfort in the operating room environment; ability to stand for extended procedures Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Willingness to travel within territory, including evenings, weekends, and occasional on-call coverage
