  • As a Clinical Liaison, you are responsible for evaluating patients for admission, educate referral partners on the value of inpatient rehabilitation, and driving growth within an assigned territory.
You will collaborate closely with physicians, case managers, and hospital leadership to ensure timely access to care while representing our hospital with professionalism, credibility, and accountability. What You Bring Active clinical license required: LVN, RN, PT, OT, or RT Experience in a healthcare setting promoting programs or services Strong clinical assessment and admission decision‑making skills Proven ability to build and sustain professional referral relationships Patient‑focused mindset with a high level of integrity and follow‑through Self‑motivated, organized, and accountable for results
