Job Description

Company Overview Medical Equipment Doctor is a fast-growing medical equipment refurbishment and repair company based in Tustin, CA. We serve hospitals, surgery centers, and healthcare facilities across Southern California and beyond, providing high-quality refurbished equipment — from patient monitors and anesthesia machines to endoscopes, surgical tools, and infusion pumps. We're expanding our sales team to support aggressive growth and looking for driven closers who want to earn what they're worth. Job Summary This is a high-activity outbound sales role. You'll be working the phone every day — prospecting hospitals, surgery centers, and medical facilities, building a pipeline, and closing deals on refurbished medical equipment and repair service contracts. If you're a self-starter who thrives on volume and isn't afraid to dial, this role pays very well. Duties Make 60+ outbound calls per day to hospitals, surgery centers, and medical facilities Prospect and qualify new accounts while managing an active pipeline in Zoho CRM Present and close equipment sales, repair contracts, and rental agreements Hit monthly revenue quotas and weekly activity targets (calls, demos, quotes) Attend weekly pipeline reviews and submit accurate forecasts Build long-term relationships with biomedical and procurement contacts Requirements 1-3 years of B2B sales experience (medical device, medical equipment, or healthcare preferred — not required) Proven track record of hitting quotas in a phone-based outbound sales environment Comfortable with high call volume — this is not a passive account management role CRM discipline — you update the system same day, every day Competitive, coachable, and hungry — you want to earn more by selling more Based in or able to commute to Tustin, CA Compensation Base salary: $2,500-$3,000/month (guaranteed, not a draw)
Commission:
5% on all collected revenue up to quota
