Required Qualifications Proven experience personally selling medical aesthetic capital equipment, lasers, or energy-based devices. Documented success closing high-value transactions and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Active relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, physicians, med spas, or aesthetic-practice owners. Ability to generate opportunities and contribute commercially from the first month. Experience developing a territory, managing a pipeline, and closing business independently. Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Experience discussing ROI, financing, and practice-growth opportunities with decision-makers. Comfortable conducting equipment demonstrations and presenting technical information. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Professional English communication skills. Spanish proficiency and experience working with Latino clients are strongly preferred. Preferred Profile Currently located in Miami, elsewhere in Florida, or Texas. Actively covering one of the priority territories. Established network of dermatologists and aesthetic-practice decision-makers. Recent, verifiable capital equipment sales results. Experience selling directly to practice owners and medical decision-makers. Strong understanding of both the U.S. and Latino aesthetic markets.
