The Role:
Medical Sales Representative Are you a natural relationship-builder with a passion for health and wellness? As a Medical Sales Representative for Phoenix Chiropractic, you won't be selling pills or generic medical devices—you will be championing a life-changing approach to healthcare. In this role, you will drive clinic growth by building strong referral networks with local medical doctors, physical therapists, fitness centers, and corporate wellness programs, while also engaging directly with prospective patients. Key Responsibilities B2
B Network Development:
Identify, court, and establish strong referral partnerships with local general practitioners, orthopedic specialists, physical therapists, and health businesses.
Community Outreach & Events:
Represent Phoenix Chiropractic at local health fairs, corporate wellness days, and community events to generate direct patient leads.
Internal Sales & Conversion:
Follow up on warm leads, conduct initial consultations, and effectively communicate the value of our care plans to convert inquiries into active patients.
Market Strategy:
Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to develop unique sales strategies that keep our clinic top-of-mind.
CRM Management:
Maintain meticulous records of outreach efforts, referral sources, and pipeline data to track ROI and conversion rates.
Required Qualifications Qualifications & Skills Experience:
1-3 years of proven success in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or high-end health/wellness sales (e.g., gym memberships, medical devices, dental). Experience in chiropractic or holistic health is a massive plus!
Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently pitch to medical doctors just as comfortably as speaking with a prospective patient.
Drive:
A self-motivated "hunter" mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Transportation:
Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license for local travel and external B2B meetings.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Kinesiology, or a related health field preferred (but relevant experience trumps a degree!).
