Stairlift Sales Rep Commission Position TruBlue Home Service Ally - 1.0 Royal Oak, MI Job Details Part-time | Full-time 5 hours ago Benefits Mileage reimbursement Flexible schedule Qualifications CRM system proficiency Sales automation technologies Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description Position Overview As a Stairlift Sales Representative, you will be the face of our accessibility division — conducting in-home consultations, assessing client needs, recommending the right product solutions, and closing sales. You'll work directly with seniors, individuals with disabilities, and their families to deliver solutions that restore independence and peace of mind. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations and site assessments for stairlift and accessibility product needs Educate clients and family members on straight-rail, curved-rail, and outdoor stairlift options Prepare accurate quotes and product proposals using TruBlue pricing standards Coordinate with our installation team to ensure seamless project handoff Follow up with warm leads generated from TruBlue's marketing and referral network Maintain CRM records and track sales activity Attend local senior expos, health fairs, and networking events as a brand representative Meet monthly sales targets and report progress to ownership Qualifications 2+ years of in-home or B2C sales experience (medical equipment, home improvement, or senior services preferred) Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust with seniors and caregivers Self-starter with the ability to manage your own schedule and pipeline Familiarity with stairlift is a plus — but not required Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable using CRM software and basic digital tools Background check required Compensation & Benefits Base + Commission structure — competitive and performance-driven Uncapped commission earnings with strong close rates on warm leads Mileage reimbursement for in-home visits Flexible schedule — Monday through Saturday Ongoing product training provided Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding franchise in high-demand market 0euDY1edKb
