We partner with leading manufacturers to provide innovative orthopedic, podiatric, biologic, and surgical technologies while delivering exceptional clinical support and service. We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Medical Device Sales Representative to join our growing team. Position Summary The Medical Device Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with surgeons, hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices throughout the assigned territory. This individual will drive sales growth by providing product expertise, operating room support, and outstanding customer service while representing Forthright Medical with professionalism and integrity. Responsibilities Develop and grow relationships with physicians, hospitals, surgery centers, and clinical staff. Manage and expand an established sales territory while identifying new business opportunities. Provide operating room and procedural support as needed. Educate surgeons and staff on product features, benefits, and proper clinical use. Conduct product demonstrations, in-services, and educational presentations. Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure product availability and successful case coverage. Maintain a high level of product knowledge across orthopedic, podiatric, biologic, and surgical technologies. Attend industry meetings, conferences, and educational events. Achieve territory sales goals while providing exceptional customer service. Maintain accurate customer records, activity reports, and sales forecasts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent sales experience. Previous medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or B2B sales experience preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Comfortable working in operating room environments and supporting surgical procedures. Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout Montana. $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
