Job Description
- Sales Representative - Surgical Technologies (ST)
- Step into a field-based sales role where you will promote, position, and sell Stryker's Surgical Technologies portfolio to physicians, surgeons, and healthcare providers across your territory.

- What You Will Do
- + Drive territory performance by promoting and selling Surgical Technologies products while meeting or exceeding sales objectives.

- Required Qualifications
- + Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments; OR + Bachelor's degree and experience in a customer-facing, leadership, military, professional athletics, or another high-performance environment with interest in a sales career; OR + Minimum 5 years of professional experience in outside sales, business-to-business sales, or territory-based selling with a history of achieving performance goals.
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Experience in medical device, surgical, healthcare, or procedural sales. + Experience selling capital equipment or consumable products. + Experience calling on hospitals, health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, physician offices, or procedural accounts. + Experience supporting product evaluations, clinical procedures, or customer education programs.

- Sales Commission only:
- This role is 100% commission and is eligible for bonuses + benefits.
