Job Description
Key Responsibilities Home Health Care Sales Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals to establish and grow a reliable referral network. Business Development Identify, prospect, and cultivate new referral sources and client opportunities within the assigned territory to drive patient admissions and revenue growth. Education and Presentations Conduct informative presentations and consultations with healthcare providers, patients, and families to communicate the benefits, services, and clinical capabilities of the organization. Territory and Pipeline Management Execute strategic territory plans to maximize market penetration, strengthen referral partnerships, and achieve established growth objectives. CRM Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate and timely records of prospecting activities, referral sources, sales calls, pipeline status, and performance metrics through CRM and reporting systems. Qualifications Professional Experience Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare sales, medical sales, business development, or outside sales. Demonstrated success in building relationships and generating new business opportunities. Core Competencies Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities. Ability to influence key stakeholders and effectively manage multiple relationships. Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools. Additional Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet referral partners and prospective clients. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, market awareness, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of home health services to healthcare providers, patients, and their families.
