In this energetic role, you will actively promote and sell medical equipment to healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals. Your passion for medical sales combined with your technical expertise will help improve patient outcomes and enhance the efficiency of medical facilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead product demonstrations, build lasting client relationships. Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target healthcare facilities and medical professionals. Develop new referral sources while building and maintaining consistent growth within existing accounts. Manage key accounts by providing exceptional customer service, addressing client needs, and fostering long-term partnerships. Provide technical sales support by explaining complex product specifications clearly and effectively. Lead outside sales efforts through regular visits to clients' locations, ensuring consistent engagement and follow-up. Requirements Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, particularly within the medical or pharmaceutical sectors. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively. Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate technical product details and value propositions. Demonstrated ability in account management, maintaining positive relationships with healthcare clients. Knowledge of medical sales processes, including product demos, technical sales approaches, and customer service excellence. Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently while meeting sales targets. Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and motivate team collaboration.
