Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in engaging with hospitals and healthcare facilities as a leading 503B sterile compounding manufacturer. In this vital role, you will be responsible for expanding our presence within the hospital sector by promoting our sterile compounded products, building strong customer relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the rigorous standards of healthcare providers. Your energetic approach and technical expertise will drive growth, foster trust, and ensure our clients receive exceptional service and support. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the pharmaceutical and medical sales industry while working with a dedicated team committed to quality and innovation. Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target hospital accounts within your assigned territory, ensuring consistent growth and achievement of sales goals. Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to hospital procurement teams, pharmacists, and clinical staff to showcase the benefits of our sterile compounding solutions. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through proactive account management, regular client communication, and personalized service. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms effectively to close deals that align with company objectives while meeting client needs. Manage all aspects of the sales cycle from lead generation through deal closing, including prospecting new clients and nurturing existing accounts. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress for accurate forecasting and reporting. Collaborate closely with internal teams such as technical support, quality assurance, and logistics to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales or field sales within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or scientific/medical equipment sectors; hospital or healthcare industry experience is highly preferred. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to effectively present complex product information clearly and persuasively. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets through strategic territory management and enterprise selling techniques. Technical sales experience involving sterile compounding products or pharmaceutical manufacturing processes is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems for client management and analysis purposes. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Customer service orientation with a focus on building trustful relationships in a B2B environment. Scientific/medical equipment technical knowledge combined with strong analysis skills to address client needs confidently. Valid outside sales license or willingness to obtain relevant certifications required by local regulations. $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
