Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative specializing in Medical Devices to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with healthcare professionals, demonstrate innovative products, and build lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical sales expertise, and a passion for improving patient outcomes through advanced medical solutions. This position involves outside sales responsibilities, requiring a proactive approach to expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional customer service. Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target healthcare facilities, clinics, and hospitals. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to medical professionals, showcasing the features and benefits of our medical devices. Manage existing accounts while proactively identifying new business opportunities within assigned territories. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure sales agreements that meet client needs and company goals. Build and maintain trusted relationships with surgeons, pain management physicians, and clinical staff through consistent communication, education, and follow-up. Organize and support Visiting Educational Training (VET) sessions and in-service programs to drive clinical confidence in NANISX™ solutions. Provide reliable case coverage, ensuring professional representation in the operating room and positive surgeon experience. Accurately manage CRM updates, sales reports, and territory tracking to ensure data integrity and pipeline visibility. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales strategies. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting medical device sales. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the medical industry. Technical sales experience with medical devices or related healthcare products is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively. Demonstrated ability in account management and developing long-term client relationships. Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently in outside sales environments. Knowledge of medical sales regulations, healthcare industry standards and sales practices is a plus. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
