Role Description This is a full-time position responsible for selling Durable Medical Equipment and educating physicians and clinicians on our medical devices that are clinically proven to improve the quality of life for Lymphedema patients. Responsibilities Conducts full-cycle consultative sales (prospecting, scheduling and attending meetings, product demonstrations, in services, closing and follow-up) Works with physicians, therapists and other clinicians to increase awareness and educate on products and services offered by Redemptive Medical Provides in-office product demonstrations on devices for medical staff and assists them with questions Pivoting sales strategies and execution to surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined education and work experience 4+ years of outside sales/inside sales experience OR 2+ years of physician facing sales experience Preferred Outside sales experience with in-person product demonstrations Clinical experience working directly with lymphedema patients such as Nurse, CLT, PTA, PT, OT, OTA, etc Demonstrated success interacting with Durable Medical patients, customers, and clinicians Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills Strong sales "close" experience and mentality, including persuasiveness, assertiveness and persistence Resourceful and a self-starter Ability to travel/drive within the territory as well as outside of the territory for InServices, Fitting trainings, etc Ability to lift 20 pounds Salary & Benefits This is a performance-based, commission-only position offering 50% commission per sale with uncapped earning potential . No salary, hourly pay, or benefits are provided. This role is ideal for self-motivated closers who are confident in their sales ability.
