Job DescriptionThe Remote - Based Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) - Neurology Disease will serve as a vital role to the
EVERSANA
client partnership by meeting and exceeding assigned territory sales goal. Our VSR will establish working relationships with assigned Health Care Providers and Support Staff. This person will communicate information on our client's neurology/epilepsy product, as well as educate Customers on relevant patient educational materials/programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete assigned product training at an advanced level, developing a comprehensive understanding of general disease state, assigned product features and benefits, and core selling messagesDevelop expertise in delivery of core selling messaging for assigned promoted productsMeet or exceed call expectations and sales attainment goals set forth by the ClientEnsure that sample and literature requests are generated accurately and perform appropriate follow up and investigation on product shipments as neededMaintain database entries on targeted customer calls including attempts, product discussions, and literature requestsProvide feedback and recommendations on team leadership in areas and opportunities for improvementComply with all company, PDMA, compliance and regulatory policies and guidelinesWork independently from "remote" home officeCultivate assigned virtual territory & be accountable for measurable resultsWork closely with the field specialty team to ensure product availability for patientsCompensated based on a mix of overall volume/metrics and outcomesOccasional travel requiredDemonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university OR equivalent experience2 + years of sales experience in an outbound Virtual Sales roleExperience in Neurology disease a plusREMs (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy) experience a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office software especially Word, Excel and Outlook required with the ability to learn new software as needed (i.e. Veeva CRM experience a plus)Excellent communication & rapport building skillsMust be able to articulate WHY you are interested in this specific role - what appeals to you?

Ability to articulate complex clinical dataSolid and persuasive communication skillsAptitude and confidence to converse with physicians, as well as all levels of medical office staffStable internet connection adequate to support voice over VoIP calls and virtual call platformsFamiliarity with CRM applications is preferredAdditional Information
