With us, you will have the chance to join an incredible inside sales team as we continue to grow one of the country's most exciting healthcare sales organizations. In this role, you will work as a dedicated inside sales representative on behalf of our clients. You will connect their products and services with the right decision-makers across the healthcare landscape. Activities include prospecting, qualifying, and setting meetings for outside sales teams, developing relationships with healthcare professionals and other relevant stakeholders, and becoming a trusted extension of our clients' commercial operations.
A qualified candidate will be:
0-3 years post-college graduation (any major will be considered, business or health related are preferred) Resilient, consistent, and organized, especially in high stress environments Naturally social and curious about people, places, and things Strong communicators, as phone and email will be key to daily activities Able to commute to and from Bristol, RI on a daily basis
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and drive sales. Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage customer relationships effectively. Work closely with outside field representatives to coordinate meetings, align on territory strategy, and ensure a seamless experience for all parties involved. Manage time efficiently to meet sales targets and deadlines. Surface market intelligence from your interactions (objections, competitor activity, account feedback, etc.) and share it with your manager and team.
