Job Summary:

Menspro is one of the nation's longest tenured men's health practices and has pioneered concierge men's care in ED, Low T, and enhancement for over a decade. Part of the Menspro brand, we are a concierge practice that is focused on making patients healthier and happier. Incredible patient care and customer service is everything! Our practice is looking for a talented and competitive Patient Care Coordinator that thrives in a fast-paced environment. Monday - Friday 8:30-5ish. No weekends. The Coordinator will play a fundamental role in making patients happy and building trust between the Provider and Patient. The Patient Coordinator will help patients choose treatment plans that our Providers suggest to help them with ED, Low T, weight loss and enhancement. Explaining the benefits of concierge, or all-inclusive medicine is a must. If you have the ability to make people feel comfortable, especially talking about difficult subjects like ED, we may be a great fit for you. This is a fun environment focused on happy patients. No cold calling but follow-up phone skills are a must. We build relationships for life. Responsibilities

• Source opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
• Understand patient needs and requirements
• Discuss medically qualified treatment plans with patients
• Explain our concierge practice model to new patients
• Follow up with current patients and ensure their satisfaction
• Maintain your database of patients
• Work closely with physician and other medical staff to ensure high level of patient safety and satisfaction Skills
• Proven inside sales experience
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
