On-Site We are seeking an experienced Clinical Specialist II to support advanced clinical solutions within large hospital systems. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clinicians and key stakeholders while providing product expertise and workflow optimization. The Clinical Specialist II is a proactive member of the clinical team and works closely with internal and external partners to ensure optimal patient care and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted clinical consultant to healthcare partners, identifying solutions that enhance care delivery, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with account management to develop and execute strategies that align with customer initiatives. Advise on workflow solutions to minimize disruption and maximize operational efficiency. Identify opportunities to expand clinical solutions within assigned territories. Maintain ongoing partnerships with healthcare customers to meet or exceed expectations, with a focus on large hospitals or health systems. Prioritize and plan independently, coordinating with team members to achieve company goals and customer satisfaction. Provide advanced troubleshooting and product support. Lead or support on-site implementations, evaluations, and special projects as needed. Perform project management, lead clinical specialist, or clinical resource roles for assigned initiatives. Execute additional duties or special projects as requested.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience in clinical support or related roles. Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently. PC literate and proficient with common software applications. Ability to travel extensively as required. Meets current state and/or professional licensure requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of critical care or related clinical experience. Leadership experience and ability to serve as a trusted advisor to clients. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Registered Nurse (RN).
Education:
RRT or RN preferred.
