Full-time, 40 hours per week The Member Services Representative is responsible for delivering a premium, concierge-style experience to Epic Golf Club members. This role focuses on coordinating reciprocal golf play opportunities, managing member requests, and ensuring a seamless, high-touch service experience. The position serves as a primary point of contact for members and requires strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. This role would be a strong fit for someone with a background in hospitality, luxury customer service, travel coordination, concierge services, or private clubs who enjoys building relationships, managing logistics, and creating exceptional member experiences. Familiarity with golf is beneficial but appears to be a preference rather than a strict requirement. Experience Required Required 3+ years of customer service experience Experience in a client-facing, service-oriented role Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with technology and ability to learn multiple software systems Preferred Experience in hospitality, luxury service, travel, or related industries Familiarity with golf and private club culture Experience supporting VIP or high-net-worth clientele Desired Traits Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Professional and polished demeanor Proactive and solution-focused mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Essential Responsibilities Member Support & Service Deliver exceptional, high-touch customer service to members Serve as a primary contact for member inquiries, requests, and concerns Resolve member issues with thoughtful, solution-oriented responses Golf & Travel Coordination Manage approximately 150-200 reciprocal play requests per month Coordinate member-to-member tee time arrangements through the club's network Ensure all requests are handled accurately and efficiently Communication Communicate professionally via email, phone, and SMS Maintain clear and timely communication with members regarding requests and reservations Administration & Operations Accurately capture and manage member preferences and details Maintain internal systems, records, and process documentation Support operational efficiency and service quality initiatives Team Collaboration Partner with leadership and the Member Services team Identify trends, share member feedback, and contribute to service improvements Benefits 401(k) retirement plan Health/medical insurance Paid time off (PTO) Company-paid holidays Gym membership reimbursement
