Job Description

Overview Epic Golf Club is a premier private golf society delivering once-in-a-lifetime access to the world's most sought-after clubs, travel, and member experiences. We're hiring an experienced Membership Director to lead high-value membership growth from our Scottsdale office. You'll present Epic's luxury offering to executives and affluent individuals nationwide, guiding pre-qualified prospects through a consultative, relationship-driven sales process. This role is built for elite closers who thrive in high-ticket environments, bring deep golf knowledge, and consistently hit monthly targets. The majority of your leads are marketing-sourced and inbound. This is a closing role first. Experience Required 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in high-ticket, luxury, or relationship-based selling with a demonstrated track record of hitting monthly targets Strong golf knowledge and connections at the private club or elite golfer level Exceptional communication, presentation, and listening skills with executive-level clients Proficiency with HubSpot, Microsoft Office, and standard communication tools Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Phoenix Metro / Scottsdale area
Preferred:
background in golf, private clubs, luxury travel, hospitality, or lifestyle membership models Essential Responsibilities Drive new membership sales through a two-step consultative process: a discovery call to assess cultural fit, lifestyle alignment, and financial readiness, followed by a personalized membership presentation via Zoom or in person. Maintain a clean, measurable pipeline. Prioritize top prospects weekly, move deals through stages with clear next steps, and communicate accurate monthly forecasts to leadership. Contribute to referral and network growth through Epic's ambassador channels, the Member-Get-Member program, and golf industry relationships. Partner with marketing on closing collateral and social proof. Coordinate with Member Services on post-sale handoffs. Share market feedback to sharpen messaging. Represent Epic at golf events, private clubs, tournaments, and brand activations.
