Membership Specialist

We are currently seeking Membership Specialists with a strong background in customer service and sales , specifically membership sales . What You'll Do:

Earn commission on every membership sale! Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, high-energy attitude Introduce yourself and engage guests in meaningful, enthusiastic interactions Promote and sell Sky Zone memberships to every guest Use effective sales techniques to pitch membership benefits (don't stop at the first "no"!) Consistently meet or exceed a 35% membership conversion rate goal Assist guests with check-ins, bookings, waivers, and questions Help maintain a clean, safe, and fun environment Contribute to a team-focused, high-performance culture Act as the face of the Sky Zone brand — make every visit feel like the best day ever!

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a customer-facing or sales-driven role Prior success in membership sales or upselling products/services Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and a natural ability to connect with people Ability to maintain high energy throughout your shift Goal-oriented and self-motivated — driven by targets and results Weekend and evening availability is required

Performance Expectations:

Maintain a minimum 35% membership conversion rate Be consistently on time, in uniform, and ready to deliver excellent guest service Follow all sales scripts and guest interaction protocols Be a team player and support the park's overall success Why Join Sky Zone?
