hire in to local positions. LA Fitness has recently expanded and are looking to staff with Salesmen/Saleswomen who are excited to get their community healthier and get their business growing! You will be instrumental in driving membership growth and enhancing customer satisfaction within our organization. Reporting to the Membership Manager (GM), you will utilize your core skills in customer service, retail sales, and cash handling to engage with potential members and promote our offerings. .. We offer promotions for those who meet expectations. Membership Directors (GM) can earn between $7000- $15,000 per month!! Assistant Member Directors (AGM) can earn between $5000 - $10,000 per month!! Applicants must have a flexible schedule, reliable transportation for outside marketing, and a great attitude!
