This person is responsible for selling memberships, enhancing the member experience, chasing delinquencies, organizing and cleaning the gym and other tasks that improve the gym. This role requires a considerable amount of self-motivation, leadership, collaboration, communication, and the ability to positively influence others. Key Responsibilities Sales - a large part of the role is centered around membership sales. Staff must convert leads to members through daily follow-ups, relationship building, ability to empathize, and follow through. A personal training background isn't required but the ability to speak to our training program and how to leverage our technology (Anytime Fitness App, body scanner, heart rate monitors, etc.) to support the growth of the training department is a must. Weekly Delinquencies - Staff will be responsible to work with our club manager and owner to call and follow up with members to update payment methods and clear member delinquency lists daily and weekly to ensure payment and members staying up to date on contracts Club Cleanliness - A key part of the role and every staff members is to ensure a clean and organized gym. Staff will work with the club manager and will be responsible for daily and weekly checklists, which will include cleaning all bathrooms, vacuuming, refilling any wipe or towel stands, and re-racking any weights or pieces of equipment to give the gym a clean and orderly look Culture creators - staff members love creating an environment that inspires members and guests to share their positive experiences with friends and family. They deliver top-notch customer service and aim to improve the lives of each person they meet. Job Requirements Experience in the fitness Industry isn't required but preferred, with lengthy experience in sales, customer service and has great communication and soft skills.

A good candidate is:

21 years or older Be able to lift various weights and objects, with a 50Lb minimum required Available to work flexible hours Friendly, outgoing, and warm Will be executing club tours, selling memberships and greeting members daily Demonstrates a drive for results Will have a monthly quota and commission structure tied to their base salary Technologically savvy Looking for a candidate with strong social media skillset, as daily and weekly posts on Facebook and Instagram will be a must to promote the gym and gain attention Self-motivated Will be main point of contact in the day to day of the gym, and responsible for a lot of the success of e gym Cleanliness and Hygiene Takes pride in personal appearance, attire and hygiene, and can [properly clean various parts of the gym including bathrooms, showers, equipment, floors etc.
