This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, creating a welcoming environment, and is comfortable communicating with both current members and prospective members. Duties Welcome members and guests with a warm, professional, and positive attitude Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming studio experience Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and communicate with prospects and members Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective and current members Explain memberships, services, and studio offerings Assist with booking appointments and managing the studio schedule Set up new member accounts and ensure information is entered accurately Help members with questions, scheduling, and general account needs Multitask and stay organized in a busy front-desk environment Keep the studio clean, organized, stocked, and ready for members Handle laundry and general studio upkeep Take out trash and help maintain a clean and inviting environment Assist with opening and/or closing studio responsibilities as needed Work as part of a team to ensure the studio operates smoothly and members receive an exceptional experience Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable talking with people in person and over the phone Confident making calls and following up with prospects Friendly, positive, outgoing, and approachable personality Strong customer-service mindset Organized and able to multitask Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and basic office technology Willing to pitch in with cleaning, laundry, trash, and other studio tasks Professional appearance and a positive attitude Previous experience in customer service, sales, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or a front-desk environment is a plus The ideal candidate is someone who loves people, communicates confidently, takes initiative, and understands that every part of the studio experience matters . You should be just as comfortable helping a new member get set up as you are making a follow-up call, booking an appointment, folding laundry, or making sure the studio is spotless and ready for the next member.
