We provide a premium experience through strength training, recovery services, and wellness solutions in a supportive, high-energy environment. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assisted Stretching Specialist to join our team and help clients improve mobility, flexibility, recovery, and overall movement quality. Responsibilities Perform one-on-one assisted stretching sessions for clients Assess mobility limitations and create individualized stretching plans Educate clients on recovery, mobility, and injury prevention Build strong relationships that encourage client retention and referrals Maintain accurate session notes and client progress tracking Collaborate with trainers and staff to provide an exceptional client experience Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment area Qualifications Certification in assisted stretching, mobility, corrective exercise, massage therapy, personal training, kinesiology, athletic training, or related field preferred Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement patterns Excellent communication and customer service skills Passion for helping clients improve their quality of life Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Sales experience is a plus What We're Looking For Positive attitude and professional demeanor Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to create an outstanding client experience Someone who can confidently recommend ongoing stretching and recovery services to clients Team-oriented mindset with a growth mentality Compensation Competitive per-session contractor compensation Opportunity to build your own client base within an established fitness and recovery facility Access to a large existing membership community Flexible scheduling Growth opportunities as our company expands Why Join Us?
