We are looking for a Front of House team member who can create an exceptional first impression while guiding prospective members through their trial experience and helping convert them into long-term members. This role sits at the center of the client experience and plays a key role in growing our community. Responsibilities Member & Trial Experience Welcome members and trial clients with a friendly, professional presence Guide new clients through the trial onboarding process Assist with app setup, booking sessions, and waiver completion Introduce trial clients to coaches and members of the community Ensure new clients understand the class structure before sessions begin Sales & Lead Management Lead post-class conversations with trial clients and guide them toward their next step (booking another session or reviewing memberships) Ensure trial clients leave with a next booking, membership, or scheduled follow-up Contact new leads and enquiries to schedule trial sessions Answer questions about training, schedules, and membership options Operations Manage bookings and client interactions through the CRM system Track client notes and schedule follow-ups Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area Ideal Candidate Strong communication and people skills Comfortable discussing memberships and guiding sales conversations Organized and proactive with follow-ups Passionate about health, fitness, and community Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Preferred Qualifications Experience in fitness, hospitality, or customer service Experience with sales or membership-based businesses Interest in fitness and training
