This role combines sales, customer service, lead generation, and community outreach in a fast-paced fitness environment. Compensation Base pay plus commission Monthly earnings typically range from $2,900-$5,000+ Uncapped commission potential Bonus opportunities based on performance Qualifications Sales experience preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer service experience Passion for health and fitness Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment Basic computer and phone skills Reliable transportation preferred Key Responsibilities Generate and follow up with sales leads Make outbound phone calls and send text messages to prospects Schedule appointments with potential members Conduct club tours and presentations Sell gym memberships and club services Promote personal training and Pilates programs Build relationships with members and guests Ask for referrals and generate new business opportunities Participate in community outreach and local marketing events Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals Day-to-Day Activities Contacting new and existing leads Greeting guests and conducting club tours Presenting membership options Closing membership sales Following up with prospects who have not enrolled Promoting personal training and Pilates services Working with club management to achieve sales targets Participating in marketing and lead-generation activities Benefits Complimentary gym membership Health, dental, and vision insurance (eligible employees) Career advancement opportunities Sales and management training programs Skills for Success Strong work ethic Positive attitude Confidence in sales presentations Ability to overcome objections Consistent follow-up habits Excellent customer service Goal-driven mindset
