Job Description

Membership Sales Associate Drive membership growth while helping individuals improve their health and wellness through a consultative, relationship-focused sales approach.
Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed membership sales quotas Generate leads through community outreach and networking Conduct tours, present membership options, and close sales Build rapport and foster long-term member retention Follow up with prospects and handle customer service concerns Collaborate with team members to achieve center goals
Qualifications:
Proven retail or sales experience with goal achievement Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-starter with results-driven mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency Bachelor's degree preferred (Sports Management, Business, Marketing) Fitness industry experience preferred

QUALIFICATIONS A
Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing or the equivalent, required. Previous experience within the fitness, health and wellness industry preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
