$100 daily base plus tiered per-member commission | Earning potential scales with monthly enrollment volume Worxweb Solutions is hiring Licensed ACA Health Insurance Agents for a high-performance health insurance office in Boca Raton, FL. This is a full-time, onsite role with inbound leads provided, no cold calling required, and a structured commission model that rewards agents who close volume consistently. This role is specifically for candidates with active ACA experience and a current FFM Certification for 2026. Agents join a team of 20 or more licensed producers in a professional, sales-floor environment with daily support, mentorship, and performance coaching. What you will be doing Handle inbound calls from prospective clients seeking ACA-compliant health insurance coverage Work real-time leads generated through advanced marketing campaigns Present plan options clearly and in compliance with all applicable guidelines Meet or exceed individual enrollment targets on a consistent daily and weekly basis Accurately document all client interactions and enrollment outcomes Participate in ongoing in-office training, team meetings, and performance reviews What we are looking for
Must-haves:
Active health insurance license in at least one of the following states: Florida, Texas, Louisiana, or South Carolina Current FFM Certification for 2026 with demonstrated ACA sales experience Ability to commute reliably to the Boca Raton office Monday through Friday Goal-oriented, professional approach to daily production and client interactions Willingness to complete a two to three week onboarding period before going live on the floor Nice to have: Familiarity with HealthSherpa and/or TLD enrollment platforms Prior experience in a high-volume inbound ACA sales environment Compensation structure Base pay: $100 daily base pay Tiered per-member monthly commission based on total enrolled members: 0 to 55 members: $15 per member 56 to 74 members: $20 per member 75 to 99 members: $25 per member 100 to 129 members: $27.50 per member 130 or more members: $30 per member CPA performance bonuses: Sales CPA under $80: additional $2.50 per member Sales CPA under $70: additional $2.50 per member, stackable with the above tier CPA adjustment: If cost per acquisition exceeds $110: commission adjusts to $15 per application Commission increases as you enroll more consistently. Agents who manage their CPA efficiently and build enrollment volume earn the highest per-member rates.
