LA Fitness Cape Coral is seeking a motivated, outgoing Assistant Membership Director to join our leadership team. This role focuses on selling gym memberships, Reformer Pilates, and Personal Training, while helping grow our member base through marketing and relationship building. Ideal candidates are social, confident, and thrive in a performance-based sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sell memberships, Reformer Pilates packages, and Personal Training programs Engage with walk-ins, leads, and current members to drive sales Assist with marketing, promotions, and local outreach in the Cape Coral community Build strong relationships with members and prospects Maintain a high-energy, social presence on the gym floor Support events, presales, and special promotions Weekend availability required

Qualifications:
