is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering members unlimited access to virtually instructed infrared sauna workouts, including HOT Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Cycle, and more. Our mission is to help members achieve their fitness goals through heat, consistency, and results. Position Summary The HOTWORX Sales Associate is responsible for driving membership sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and promoting the HOTWORX brand. This role requires a high-energy, self-motivated individual who thrives in a sales-driven environment and is passionate about health and fitness. Sales experience a MUST. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Membership Growth Sale Fitness memebrships Actively generate and follow up on leads (phone, text, email, and in-studio inquiries) Conduct studio tours and present the HOTWORX workout experience Close membership sales and achieve monthly sales goals Sell retail merchandise, supplements, and add-on service Conduct product demonstrations and explain membership benefits clearly to prospective members Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions efficiently, including cash handling and basic math calculations Upsell additional products or services to enhance member experience and increase sales revenue Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the cleanliness of the studio at all times Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, or following up with potential members. Assist with inventory management and ensure accurate record-keeping Customer Service & Member Experience Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests Assist members with booking sessions and understanding workouts Maintain a positive, energetic studio atmosphere Address member concerns professionally and escalate when necessary Studio Operations Ensure studio cleanliness and organization at all times Open and close the studio according to company procedures Maintain inventory of retail and promotional materials Support local marketing events and brand awareness initiatives Qualifications Previous Fitness experience a
