Role Description The Seasonal Membership Services Advocate is a temporary, on-site role based in Orlando, FL. This position focuses on supporting members through high-quality customer service, including handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails and chats, and resolving membership-related inquiries. Daily responsibilities include assisting with account updates, explaining membership benefits and policies, processing renewals or cancellations, and documenting interactions accurately in internal systems. The advocate collaborates with team members and leadership to follow established procedures, escalate complex issues when needed, and meet performance metrics related to response time, accuracy, and member satisfaction. Flexibility in scheduling, especially during peak periods, and a commitment to a positive member experience are essential. Qualifications Strong customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and timely issue resolution. Proficiency with computer systems, CRM or ticketing tools, and basic data entry. Clear verbal and written communication skills for phone, email, and chat interactions. Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative mindset with the ability to follow processes, accept feedback, and support team goals. High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail in all member interactions. Prior experience in contact centers, membership services, hospitality, or customer support is beneficial. Availability for a temporary, seasonal schedule in an on-site setting in Orlando, FL.
