Job Description

Answers all Beach Services phone calls and voicemails as they come in with a friendly and professional demeanor Responds to all Beach Services emails as they come in Utilizes Rosemary Beach Services website to place reservations for beach chairs, bonfires and owner led bonfire payments Addresses questions and concerns from owners regarding their beach services owner accountand bulk rate account, as applicable Calculates and processes reservation modifications and cancellations, including coordination of any refunds required with the Accounting staff Distributes communications via the website to homeowners and guests on an as needed basis. Responsible for keeping up with the bonfire calendar and pulling necessary permits for bonfire events Maintains Beach Service's Owner database, including inputting new owner information from warranty deeds Communicates with Beach Operations Manager, Beach Ambassador and Beach Attendants via radio during daily operations
