Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Sales Front Desk role located at the Anytime Fitness center in Apollo Beach, FL. This part-time job can lead into more hours depending on performance. The team member will greet members and guests, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a welcoming, clean, and organized front desk environment. Daily responsibilities include managing member check-ins, answering phone and in-person inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with membership sales and renewals. The role supports tours of the facility, explains membership options and promotions, and helps new members with basic orientation to the gym and its policies. Additional tasks may include handling light administrative work, processing payments, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the club team to support member engagement and retention. Qualifications Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with members and guests. Basic sales and communication skills, including comfort discussing membership options, promotions, and gym services. Organizational and administrative abilities, such as handling front desk operations, scheduling, and record keeping. General computer proficiency, including working with point-of-sale systems, membership software, email, and basic office applications. Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings or weekends as needed. Professional, friendly demeanor and a strong interest in health, wellness, and fitness. Previous experience in a fitness center, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing role is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in fitness or business are a plus.
