We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused team member for an entry-level role supporting our corporate office. This position serves as a key point of contact for clubs, assisting with member inquiries, processing account updates, and helping resolve billing issues.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clubs, addressing inquiries and resolving membership issues in a timely manner Receive and process all membership changes and billing issues Maintain accurate and up-to-date member information in the company's database or CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to resolve account discrepancies, billing issues, or membership concerns. Prepare and distribute regular reports on membership activity, billing, or other relevant metrics. High School diploma or equivalency required Must be comfortable with heavy data-entry and consistent email communication Proficient reading and writing skills Impeccable scheduling and time management skills Efficient and effective communication skills Previous experience with administrative duties in an office setting is preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and is considerably tech-savvy Google Sheets Proficiency Required Outgoing Personality Organized Professional and reliable Willing to go above and beyond
