Summary:
Under the direction of the Branch Manager, provides excellent member service while creating a positive and engaging member experience to SRP's field of membership. Maintains and helps lead a highly motivated team that consistently exceeds member expectations by properly matching the full range of Credit Union products and services with an informed understanding of the members' needs. Provides coaching to team members and leads by example daily. Promotes a positive image of the Credit Union both inside and outside the workplace.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for offering Credit Union products and services to current and potential members. Credit Union services are to be promoted using the "member benefit-based approach." Fully complies with all SRP Credit Union policies, procedures, guidelines, and service standards, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and OFAC Policies. Represents the Credit Union in a professional and courteous manner to members and potential members. Acts as a primary source of product information for member and staff inquiries. Gathers all necessary information to complete memberships, business memberships, deposits, loan accounts/applications, and maintenance. Communicates loan decisions, both approvals and denials, to loan applicants. Disburses completed loans to members. Provides accurate and complete documentation required for each account and loan in accordance with established policies and procedures. Provides Notary Services for members. Successfully meets or exceeds sales and service goals set by management. Assists members with fraud, discrepancies, or any questions pertaining to their accounts. Must be able to perform teller transactions. Exercises assigned approval authority in certain situations, including check acceptance and wire transfers. Other tasks may be assigned by appropriate line supervision.

Experience:
o associate degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. o 2+ years of member/customer service experience, 4+ years in financial services. o 1+ years of sales experience preferred. Technical Skills Proficient with Microsoft Word software. Skilled with Symitar Episys Core Banking software, Loans PQ or similar financial services software systems experience preferred. knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook Email /
Calendar and Google Chrome/Microsoft Edge Other Skills:

Fast-Paced Environment Physical Demands:
May be required to stand, use hands, and reach with arms. May be required to walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch; occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance. Must be able to lift to 25 lbs. Requires ability to communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and via digital channels. Vision requirements include close, distance, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception and focus adjustment.
