Our studio is looking for a Front Desk & Membership Sales Associate who's ready to be the face of our community, inspire members, and help people change their lives! This isn't your average front desk job. We want someone who can light up a room , connect with everyone who walks in, and get just as excited about building relationships and making sales as they do about a great workout. What You'll Be Doing Be the first smile people see when they walk in — friendly, welcoming, and full of energy Answer and make outgoing calls, book classes, follow up with leads, and keep our studio buzzing Keep our space sparkling clean, organized, and inviting (yes, even bathrooms — we're all hands-on here!) Show trial members around, share our story, and help them become full-time members Crush sales goals — follow up with leads, close memberships, and celebrate every new sign-up Build connections: learn names, celebrate milestones, and inspire members every day What We're Looking For Outgoing, upbeat, and confident — you LOVE talking to people Passionate about fitness and living a healthy lifestyle A natural salesperson who's comfortable on the phone and motivated to hit goals Detail-oriented multitasker (you can juggle calls, check-ins, and conversations with ease) Reliable and ready to work morning shifts (extra shifts may be available) Sales or customer service experience = a big plus Perks & Benefits Free studio membership — get sweaty with us!
