Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential members
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective members
- Identify and analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate membership options
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and member retention
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure member satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Utilize Salesforce CRM system to track and manage member interactions and sales activities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a membership or technology sales role
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and identify business development opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with members and prospects
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining a customer-centric approach
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM systems for account management and sales tracking
