Someone who can make a first time guest feel welcome, explain why they'll love Glow, confidently ask for the membership sale, and create an experience that keeps members coming back. What You'll Do You'll be one of the faces of Glow Glenview and play an important role in growing our membership community.

You'll:

Welcome guests and create an exceptional first impression Give studio tours and educate guests about Glow's services Convert first time guests and leads into members Confidently recommend memberships, packages and services Follow up with prospective members by phone, text and email Build relationships with members and help drive retention Work toward individual and studio sales goals Encourage great member experiences that lead to five star reviews and referrals Book appointments and help manage the member experience Keep the studio, sauna rooms and common areas exceptionally clean and guest ready Turn over rooms between appointments Assist with towels, laundry, supplies and general studio operations Support local events, promotions and community outreach when needed This is a hands on role. Everyone on our team contributes to both sales and studio operations. Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Naturally engaging. You don't need to be a wellness expert, but an interest in fitness, recovery, health or wellness is a plus. What Matters Most to Us Previous boutique fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail or membership sales experience is a plus. But we're hiring primarily for personality, sales potential, reliability and attitude. We're especially interested in candidates with experience in: Membership sales Retail sales Hospitality Boutique fitness Gyms or health clubs Spas or salons Wellness businesses Customer service Commission based sales Availability This is a part time position with the opportunity for additional hours based on performance, reliability, availability and studio needs. Morning, evening and weekend availability may be required.
