We are a newly opened HOTWORX studio in Rolling Meadows and are hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Studio Sales & Member Experience Associates. Job Overview The Studio Sales & Member Experience Associate is a front-line sales and customer service position within a boutique fitness studio. This role focuses on new membership sales, lead outreach, member retention, and delivering an exceptional in-studio experience. This position is sales-focused and does not involve leading fitness classes. Studio Sales & Member Experience Associates are trained to confidently explain the HOTWORX concept, studio operations, and membership structure to prospective members. Responsibilities Conduct studio tours for prospective members Drive new membership sales and support ongoing member retention Perform warm outreach to leads via phone calls, text messages, and email Greet members and guests in a friendly, energetic, and professional manner Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and process cash and credit transactions Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries Assist with community outreach, local events, and brand awareness initiatives Create and post content for HOTWORX brand social media accounts Collaborate with other Studio Sales & Member Experience Associates to meet and exceed sales goals Qualifications Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or fitness studios preferred Comfortable with sales conversations and outbound outreach Strong verbal and written communication Confident interacting with customers in person and over the phone Experience with POS systems and lead management tools preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Ability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, and weeknights until 830pm and Saturdays until 230pm (staffed hours are 11am-8pm Mon-Thurs, 9am-6pm Fri, 9am-2pm Sat) Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others Company Perks $17-20/hour base pay + uncapped commission Commission opportunities based on membership and retail sales Free HOTWORX membership Employee Product discount Bonus incentives Paid training Flexible scheduling Schedule and Location Rolling Meadows, IL 60008 (in-person) Availability required for weeknight evenings (until 8pm) and Saturdays (9am-2pm) Why Join HOTWORX Rolling Meadows?
