Benefits Enrollment Associate

This role involves speaking with individuals who have requested information about available benefit options. Team members are trained to follow a structured process, ask basic needs-based questions, provide general information, and help interested individuals take the next step. No prior industry experience is required. Training, scripts, and ongoing support are provided. This opportunity may be a good fit for someone who is reliable, coachable, comfortable speaking with people, and interested in developing professional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Contact individuals who have requested more information Follow provided training, scripts, and communication guidelines Ask questions to better understand each person's needs Provide general information about available options Schedule follow-ups when appropriate Maintain accurate notes and activity records Participate in ongoing training and team development

Qualifications:

Comfortable speaking with people by phone Strong communication skills Reliable and able to work in person Coachable and willing to learn Customer service, phone, or sales experience is helpful but not required Must be willing to complete any required licensing steps before performing licensed activities

Compensation:

This is an independent contractor opportunity with performance-based compensation. Earnings vary based on individual activity, performance, and completed business. Compensation details will be reviewed during the interview process.
