As a Member Relations Specialist you will be a trusted advisor to our members and process financial transactions
Responsibilities:
Daily responsibilities consist of: Performing advanced account maintenance and financial transactions Meeting monthly sales goals Encouraging fellow staff to meet monthly sales goals Assisting management staff with member service needs Performing outbound calls to gain business Opening and closing the branch and member service lines Administering cross training programs for branch employees Understanding and recommending all Credit Union products and services This job might be for you if: You are a problem solver, with attention to detail You produce accurate and thorough results You have the ability to multi-task and adapt to change You are a team player, but can also work independently You want career opportunity and growth
