What You'll Do Welcome members with a friendly, professional approach and help them feel confident and supported Assist members with daily financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and check processing Handle cash accurately and responsibly while balancing a personal cash drawer Build strong member relationships by identifying needs and sharing appropriate products and services Follow security and compliance guidelines, including verifying identities and monitoring transactions Maintain accurate records and perform data entry using financial systems Work collaboratively with your team to deliver a positive, consistent member experience Why Join Us?

Requirements:

What We're Looking For At least 1 year of experience in financial services or customer-facing roles involving transactions or cash handling Comfort with basic math and attention to detail Ability to follow procedures while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people Experience using computer systems and entering data accurately A positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required Additional coursework or certification in financial services is a plus—but not required
