Membership Desk Associate

Job Summary-Bedford & Mitchell locations Priority Fitness conveys a family friendly atmosphere and looks to make everyone that walks through the door feel like family. This job will have the opportunity to work at both the Bedford and Mitchell Location. While availability at both locations is a plus, it is not a requirement. Some of the expectations of Membership Desk Staff include but is not limited to: Giving Member's a quality experience is #1

• Making sure the gym is cleaned properly by following the cleaning sheet (Priority #1)
• Greeting Members at the membership desk
• Checking in Members
• Running POS transactions
• Signing new members ( Sales Bonus )
• Touring potential members
• Answering or making phone calls
• Putting equipment back in their proper spots (must be able to lift 75lbs) Qualifications and Skills We are looking for someone who is outgoing and a people person.

You will be challenged with something new everyday as each client who walks through the door has a different journey they have been traveling so you will need to be able to adapt quickly. Must be well organized and able to stay busy once daily task sheet is completed. You will be required to lift a minimum of 75 lbs throughout the day. A plus is if you are bilingual in English and Spanish. Benefits Sales Bonus' are given out each month based on the monthly new member sales and the hours worked by the Membership Desk Staff. Part-time Hourly Rate:

Training pay will be $9/hour for minimum of 2

• 3 weeks (minimum 10 shifts). After training is complete, pay will be $11/hour + bonuses and benefits
• (•start once fully trained) Sales Bonus paid out monthly based on sales and hours worked.
